Mindfulness & Wellbeing Kids Club
Integrate HK is happy to bring you its specially designed week long Mindfulness & Wellbeing Club for younger children, AND the Paws b Mindfulness Programme from the Mindfulness In Schools Project, during the summer holidays. Help your kids learn life-long tools to create inner-peace, self-awareness, improve social skills and manage stress in a fun and caring environment. The week long clubs will be delivered by Kate Baldwin, our specialist in Mindfulness for school age children.
Your child will enjoy themselves in our small groups, as they pick up skills through age-appropriate breathwork, meditation, games, journaling/drawing, movement and more. (Don’t worry It’s not all about sitting still!). The course for ages 5-8 is based on colours of the rainbow and introduces mindfulness within a wider sphere of wellbeing. The course for ages 7+ gives young people a fascinating insight into the workings of their brains and how and why to train the mind to make life better – it looks at how we deal with the ‘wobbles’ and foster the positive!

Kid’s Divorce Support Group
An expressive and creative form of therapy, where children are given the opportunity to process and explore thoughts, feelings and experiences about their parents divorce or separation. A highly trained and experienced Accredited Play Therapist will be running these group sessions in a safe space, where children are acknowledged, listened to, validated and heard.
The group requires an intake session, where the therapist will conduct a parent – child interview, assessment and observation to ensure group readiness. It is important for the therapist to screen the child before attending the therapeutic support group. In some cases, the child may not be ready to join the group and at that time the therapist can discuss options for helping prepare the child for the group through one on one individual therapy.
If the child is assessed to be ready, they will be invited to join the group. Each parent will have the opportunity to attend parent support sessions while their child is registered. Parent support will be every 6-8 weeks, with no aditional fee.
The 6-session blocks can be purchased at $2700 (blocks paid up front) as and when needed, in order to facilitate ongoing support.
